Become our next Contracts Manager and lead the delivery of ground investigation projects across our busy regional office in Glasgow. This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of operational performance, project delivery, and team development. You'll play an important part in shaping a positive, high-performing culture while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards. Preferred Requirements:
* Proven experience in ground investigation, contract management, and recruitment
* Expertise in site investigation, drilling, rotary drilling, and producing factual and interpretive reports
* Strong geotechnical knowledge and a collaborative, solutions-focused approach
* Ability to manage competing priorities and make sound commercial decisions in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to championing a strong health, safety, environmental, and quality culture
Preferred Qualifications:
* Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in a similar role
* BSc (or equivalent) degree
* SMSTS certification
