We are currently seeking a Management Accountant to join our team at Head Office.
As a Management Accountant you will be responsible for producing monthly management accounts, annual financial accounts and other financial and management information as required.
More about what you will do!
* The production of monthly management and annual financial accounts.
* Production of budgets and the analysis of variances.
* Presentation of such reports to the management team.
* Monitoring and review of current accounting systems in order to recommend and introduce improved methods of working.
* Liaison with internal and external bodies.
* Liaise with accounting support staff, including Administration Team leaders.
* Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
* Contribute to the Division finance team in relation to facilitating continuous improvement.
What we need from you!
* 3‑4 years post qualification experience in an accountancy function.
* Membership of a Professional Accountancy body (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
* Confidence to use initiative, problem‑solve, and report findings to the management team.
* Computer literate.
* Ability to contribute within a team environment.
