Job Role: Merch Admin Assistant
Reporting to: Senior Merchandiser
Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London
Contract type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised Merchandising Admin Assistant to play a vital role in our fast-paced environment. You will support the team with various administrative tasks, and the ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, using their initiative to enhance the merchandising function through best practices and
improved efficiencies

Responsibilities:

1. Provide correct administration of all stock movements (orders, recalls, transfers, intake, returns)
Produce weekly reports, reviewing sales and stock position to identify any opportunities to maximise sales and stock turnover.
2. Run trade reports on a rota, understanding trade terminology and report
contents.
3. Awareness of trade in the wider business.
4. Liaise with our Warehouse and Forwarders to monitor the delivery process, to get replenishment and newness into stores as quickly as possible.
5. Liaise with our Suppliers and Warehouse to monitor the delivery process, highlighting delivery issues to the Buyers and Merchandisers.
6. Work with eComm to ensure product launches are timely and accurate.
7. Support the team by effectively managing the markdown administration.
8. Support Merchandisers with ad hoc analysis.
9. Understand importance of accuracy, attention to detail and keeping on top of all admin/emails.
10. Work with the team to ensure all department deadlines are being met.


Skills:

11. Excellent numerical and excel skills.
12. Strong administration & analytical skills.
13. Confident and articulate communicator, able to build strong effectiverelationships.
14. Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to
prioritise.
15. Ability to multi task in our fast paced environment.
16. Proven time management skills.
17. Interest in working within fashion retail.
18. Retail experience is desirable.
