Youll lead a cross-functional team, working alongside implementation partners, integration experts, and internal stakeholders to deliver scalable, efficient, and future-proof systems across a complex organisation.
What youll be doing:
Define the technical architecture and oversee the integration and data migration strategy.
Lead a high-performing technical team, setting coding standards and ensuring consistency across all development work.
Collaborate with project and business teams to plan technical delivery, align milestones, and manage risks.
Manage infrastructure, software environments, and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
Oversee testing (unit, smoke, SIT) and quality assurance processes to ensure robust and reliable deployments.
Act as the main technical liaison with suppliers, 3rd party vendors, and internal teams to align on goals and timelines.
Who were looking for:
Proven experience in financial software development and system transformation.
Experience delivering in an Oracle Fusion environment, ideally with exposure to middleware platforms such as Azure.
Strong technical knowledge and leadership skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Adept at managing a diverse team and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a hands-on, delivery-focused mindset.
Familiarity with maintaining technical documentation including testing logs and RAID logs.
Desirable:
Educated to degree level or equivalent vocational qualification.
Experience working with large-scale integration, particularly in finance or ERP systems.
