The Senior Project Manager's role
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of multiple schemes, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders. Responsibilities include chairing meetings, managing budgets, overseeing risk, advising clients and leading junior team members. You'll also play a strategic role in business development and account management.
The Senior Project Manager
Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB or MAPM) preferred
Degree qualified in construction or related field
5+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects
Sector experience in commercial or residential projects essential
