Responsibilities Supporting a class of Year 4 pupils, providing additional help as required. Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and behaviour management. Liaising effectively with the class teacher and wider school staff to ensure strong communication and consistency. What We’re Looking For Previous experience working with children, or experience within a role with transferable skills. Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
