Roles & Responsibilities
* Maintaining a positive and productive learning environment while leading classes.
* Delivering pre-planned lessons with enthusiasm and clarity.
* Providing bespoke assistance to students with SEN or EAL requirements.
* Creating engaging teaching materials to enhance the curriculum.
* Upholding the highest standards of child protection and school policy at all times.
Top Requirements
* Level 4 HLTA status or significant experience in a similar senior support role.
* Strong proficiency in English and Maths (GCSE Grade C/4 or above).
* The ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced primary or secondary setting.
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
