Responsibilities
* Process and service a large volume of customer orders and requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by responding promptly, professionally, and empathetically to enquiries.
* Resolve escalated issues swiftly and effectively, maintaining composure under pressure.
* Support desk requirements, switching seamlessly between administration, sales, and customer service tasks.
* Work closely with the team leader, providing day‑to‑day support and contributing to project‑based activities.
* Identify opportunities for process optimisation and propose innovative ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
