The Role
A new opportunity has arisen to join our new business converged sales team, where you will focus on selling across Tela's product portfolio. Note, this is not an account management opportunity - this is a role for a hungry, new business professional who shares in our belief system of putting our customers first.
Duties will include;
* Generating your own meetings through business development activity & networking,
* Proposing the right solution to best fit a customer’s need,
* Managing your sales pipeline,
* Working to monthly sales targets & KPI's
* Acting as a point of contact for the customer from them signing, to 'live date', to handing over to their new account manager,
* Working with internal departments to promote cross selling across Tela’s product portfolio,
* Working within Tela’s values, ensuring a positive customer experience every time
A successful Tela employee enjoys working in an autonomous working environment where you don't need to be micro managed. You will have the self motivation and track record of success in a telephony focussed business to business sales role, covering the Aberdeenshire area.
