They have a vacancy for a private client solicitor to deal with the following: Dealing with administration of estates from start to finish. Drafting, preparation and attesting of Wills Providing advice on Inheritance Tax, Income Tax, and Capital Gains Tax and Tax Mitigation Drafting Trust documents Taking instructions and advising as necessary with regard to Lasting Powers of Attorney. Drafting Powers of Attorney Court of Protection matters Proven experience of business development SFE and STEP membership an advantage You will be able to demonstrate a confident, friendly approach and keenness to progress.
