Area Sales Manager (Agri / Dairy Farming) - Ballymoney - Permanent
Riada Resourcing is proud to represent a well-established provider of bespoke livestock housing systems, currently seeking an Area Sales Manager to cover Northern Ireland. Our client designs and manufactures advanced agricultural solutions used across the UK and Ireland, supporting a wide range of farming operations. Overview:
1. Location: Ballymoney
2. Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
3. Salary: £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000)

Key duties:
15. Develop new business opportunities while managing existing accounts
16. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager to implement regional sales strategy
17. Follow up on leads from trade shows and marketing activity
18. Deliver high-quality customer service pre- and post-sale
19. Conduct client visits, attend trade events, and represent the business professionally
20. Deliver presentations and maintain accurate sales reporting
21. Interpret technical drawings and communicate effectively with clients
Criteria:
22. Strong knowledge of dairy farming (essential)
23. Previous sales experience within dairy, agriculture, or machinery (desirable)
24. Self-motivated with strong drive and enthusiasm
25. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
26. Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel
27. Excellent communication and problem-solving skill
28. Strong organisational ability
