Overview
Award winning North Leeds Firm is looking for a Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience in dealing with Claimant Clinical Negligence matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven and motivated candidate to be involved with the expansion of our Clinical Negligence department.
Responsibilities
* Handling a variety of clinical negligence claims from inception to settlement, including both pre and post litigation claims.
* Excellent understanding of CPR Rules and The Pre-Action Protocol for the Resolution of Clinical Disputes
* Experience in handling a variety of complex clinical negligence claims from inception to completion.
* Experience of working to targets and KPI’s.
* Experience using Proclaim database is preferable.
* Training junior staff members in handling clinical negligence claims
* Working with marketing to expand the department.
Experience
* 2 years + experience in handling Claimant Clinical Negligence claims is essential.
* Excellent client care
* Excellent communication and literacy skills.
* Excellent organizational and time- management skills.
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
