Job Description
Responsible For: Reporting to the Quality Control and Environmental Manager, this role will assist on several administrative tasks required for the activity of the department.
* Facilities management coordination in conjunction with the office manager.
* Updating supplier documentation (brochures, CE certificates, manuals, etc) on the server and on the Salesforce.
* Management of MIA cards and DBS checks.
* Updating training records.
* Recording feedback cases.
* Assisting with company awareness communications.
* Coordinating cybersecurity requirements during the annual audits.
* Assisting Quality Control and Environmental Manager during the annual audits (ISO, Health and Safety, others).
* Assisting on administrative tasks for BCORP and Data Protection projects.
* Collating data for sustainability purposes (Carbon Reduction Plan, sustainability metrics).
* Supporting PAQ requests.
* Assisting on price updates.
* Do the H&S routine checks.
* Coordinate with service Manager and Service coordinators the calibration and pat testing annual schedule.
* Other administrative works required by the QHSE/regulatory department.
