Responsibilities
Plan support development, design, and go-to-market plans across managed retail partners in the EMEA region. Manage retail FY budget risk, opportunity analysis, and forecasting (Voice of Customer). Gather local insights, feedback, and conduct competitive analysis—translate feedback into internal insights to influence strategies and opportunities. Define audience data & TAM as the starting point for Partner Planning Framework. Support category managers with briefs on product strategy, value proposition, audience, and strategic programs and incentives. Execute local enablement for CSA priorities, including vision, goals, and localization of partner pitch decks. Develop a vision for investment strategy, channel programs, and incentives to maximize short-term results (revenue, GM) and LTV. Pilot new GTM & sales motions to future-proof the business. Manage & monitor alignment into WW ROB for CSA, including SPC, MBR, and Quarterly Readiness Checks. Provide overall Managed Retail performance outlook and forecasting, collaborating with finance for harmonized planning. Drive strategic and tactical communication of business performance. Generate insights through data analysis & visualization, including KPIs like Gross Adds, product mix, and attach rate.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications: A background in category management, product management, marketing strategy, business planning, or related experience. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Public Relations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications: Experience in consumer electronics, subscription services, retail category management, or related fields. Experience with device sales in consumer channels is a plus. Demonstrated leadership, communication skills, analytical problem-solving, drive for results, collaboration, planning, and process development. An entrepreneurial spirit and alignment with Microsoft values are essential.
