About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our growing team in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge product-based development within a collaborative and agile environment. The role supports a hybrid working model, with 1 to 2 days a week on-site, offering the flexibility to balance in-person collaboration and remote working.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in the development of software solutions that integrate into embedded systems, working as part of a focused and agile software team.
Your primary responsibilities will involve end-to-end development within a full-stack Microsoft/Angular tech stack, contributing to the architecture, design, development, and deployment of robust and scalable software products.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop full-stack applications using Microsoft technologies and Angular.
* Collaborate with embedded systems engineers to ensure seamless product integration.
* Contribute to the full software lifecycle – from concept through to deployment and support.
* Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Work closely within a small, dedicated software team to deliver high-quality, product-focused solutions.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in software engineering, ideally in a product development environment.
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies (e.g., .NET, C#, Azure) and front-end development using Angular.
* Experience or interest in embedded systems integration.
* A proactive and collaborative mindset – someone who thrives in a small team environment.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
