We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support our Nottingham TEC Service Centre. You will play a key role in helping vulnerable individuals access life-enhancing care technology, while working in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:
* Handling customer queries with empathy and professionalism
* Coordinating equipment orders for delivery, installation, and collection
* Supporting clinical and social care teams with TEC advice
* Managing admin tasks and ensuring order accuracy
* Occasionally assisting with stock selection and inventory
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service role
* Confident communicator via phone and email
* Strong attention to detail and admin skills
* IT-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
* Bonus: experience with stock or order management
