The Post Holder Will:
1. Promote and improve independence of adults in the community through equipment, adaptations, dignity in movement, and interventions.
2. Provide person-centered Occupational Therapy interventions to prevent, reduce, and delay the need for formal care and support services.
3. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Work effectively alone and within a team.
5. Organize and prioritize workload, managing conflicting demands.
We welcome applications from newly qualified practitioners and those returning to practice. Our robust preceptorship scheme supports accelerated progression within your grade. Additionally, there are pathways from grade 8 to 9, fostering clinical expertise and leadership skills, which can be discussed upon starting the role.
