Hours: Part time 30 hours per week
Location: Newbury Superstore

Role overview
We’re looking for an inspiring superstore supervisor to join our trading team in the homeware department. You will act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, supporting the management team to maximize sales and fundraising. Your store will be a community hub where people learn about our work and support our cause.
Key responsibilities
1. Managing the commercial operations of the homeware department, including display, merchandising, stock management, shop standards, layout, sales, and income.
2. Collaborating with the management team to meet targets for donated stock, cash, gift aid, sales price, sell-through, and stock processing.
3. Leading by example and delivering excellent customer and supporter service.
4. Supporting the organization and delivery of fundraising events.
5. Deputizing for management, supervising colleagues and volunteers, assisting with training, and handling keyholder responsibilities.
6. Performing manual handling and physical activities as part of daily duties.
