Safeguard Armour, a leading provider of innovative armor and tactical equipment, is seeking a dependable and proactive Commercial Manager to join our growing company. In this critical leadership role, you will be the engine of our global commercial success, responsible for implementing, and enforcing the operational frameworks that drive consistent growth and recognized performance.
Our Goal: To transform our international sales channels into a world-class commercial machine. We're looking for someone who is excited by the challenge of building robust processes, driving accountability, and ensuring every commercial initiative results in a measurable, high-quality win. Partnering with international government agencies around the world, and securing wins via tender process.

What You'll Do:
* Drive Partner Performance & Accountability: Take full ownership of our Joint Business Planning (JBP) process. You will design the framework and lead the engagement with our global partners to establish clear, measurable targets for sales, market penetration, and product line adoption. You will enforce these plans through a rigorous schedule of performance reviews.
* Identify and Drive New Commercial: Working within our international partner network and territories, you will uncover and drive forward new commercial oppurtunities and partnerships
* Lead Tender & Bid Management Operations: Manage our end-to-end tender submission process. You will take charge of coordinating all necessary inputs, ensuring every bid is high-quality, strategically sound, and submitted flawlessly to maximize our win rate.
* Implement and Optimize Commercial Systems: Architect and manage a "single source of truth" for all commercial assets, including sales collateral, pricing, and contracts. You will streamline our use of CRM and other tools to drive efficiency and provide actionable data for decision-making.
* Enforce High Standards of Execution: Meticulously implement and enforce operational processes across the commercial function, ensuring strict adherence to standards that support secure and reliable achievement. You will be the guardian of our operational excellence.
* Support Go-to-Market Execution: Manage the operational side of new product launches within our global channel, including preparing partner enablement materials and tracking performance to ensure a successful, impactful rollout.
* Track, Analyze, and Report on Performance: You will own the operational side of commercial forecasting and will provide regular, data-driven reports to leadership on performance, highlighting achievements, identifying risks, and recommending clear actions to drive continuous improvement.
* Warehouse Oversight & Financial Documentation: Oversee operational discipline within the warehouse team to ensure processes support commercial goals, and manage the integrity of budgeting and financial documentation related to commercial activities.
