My client, a notable Property Company, is looking for an Operations Director / Customer Director / Estates Director to oversee operations of a site in excess of 700,000 sq ft. Key requirements include being customer-focused and delivering on ESG, NET Zero, WELL, BREEAM, and SMART buildings.
It is essential that you can strategically deliver on the firm's objectives for the site.
You should have previous experience managing a site of a similar scale, leading an on-site team. Exposure to overseeing service charge budgets, rent collection, and health and safety (IOSH or NEBOSH certification) is also required.
In addition to managing strategic partnerships with service providers on-site, you will need to engage with tenants. Clear communication, both written and verbal, is vital to operate this flagship site. The focus is on enhancing the tenant experience and fostering a 'one team ethos' through customer-centric service delivery. There may also be opportunities to participate in other developments.
