Pield Heath House School is a non-maintained day residential school for children and young people aged 7-19 years with a range of additional needs including speech and language and communication disorders, sensory regulation difficulties and associated behaviours. About the Role:
* Oversee and manage key SEND administrative processes including Admissions and SEN annual review of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
* Provide confidential high-level administrative support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team.
* Take responsibility for the effective use and accuracy of the Management Information System (MIS), working closely with staff and the IT Lead to ensure data is up to date and fit for purpose.
* Support strategic planning and evaluation of the school’s administrative function.
* Provide comprehensive governance support to the school’s Governing Body, ensuring all statutory and procedural responsibilities are met.
About You:
* Experienced in senior-level administration, within an education or SEND setting.
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
* Skilled in using MIS systems (e.g., Arbor, SIMS, or equivalent) and confident in managing sensitive and complex data.
* A clear communicator, able to work independently and liaise effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
