Plus in this role you must not be afraid to help with duties like washing dishes/equipment, sweeping/mopping floors, managing deliveries, cleaning surfaces, emptying bins, and performing basic food prep (peeling, chopping). Person Specification Experienced as a cook / Chef within a kitchen environment is required. Excellent people skills are required to maintain positive relationships with residents and members of staff.
