Principal Architect - Hampshire Studio - Full or Part Time
Principal Architect (ARB Qualified) - Hampshire Studio – Full or Part Time – 28 to 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits:£52,000 - £57,250 FTE per annum (dependent on experience) with 33 days FTE holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays), plus up to an additional 3 days paid leave at Christmas. Other benefits include 3% pension, private healthcare, employee referral bonus and support for professional development.
Ayre Chamberlain Gaunt is seeking a talented ARB-registered Principal Architect to join our progressive architectural studio in Hampshire.

Our diverse portfolio spans multiple sectors, with particular expertise in residential and education projects. We believe in pushing boundaries while creating thoughtful, innovative designs that make a real difference.
We\re seeking a visionary leader who:
* Holds current ARB registration with 9+ years post-qualification experience
* Brings substantial expertise in residential and/or education sectors Demonstrates design excellence and thought leadership
* Leads major projects from conception through to completion with minimal Director supervision.
* Management of multiple projects
* Mentors teams and champions design quality across the practice
* Thinks strategically while maintaining exceptional project delivery
* Balances multiple priorities with confidence and composure
