As an assistant Retrofit Coordinator, youll gain hands-on experience in retrofit coordination, learning directly from experienced professionals while contributing to live projects. This will give you a great insight into the day to day life of a coordinator, and natural progression into more of a senior role.
What youll be doing:
* Supporting the delivery of retrofit coordination on live projects, ensuring compliance with PAS2035 standards.
* Carrying out quality assurance checks on retrofit assessments, designs and installations.
* Attending site visits pre, mid- and post-works to assess progress, compliance and quality.
* Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Assisting with project documentation, audit trails and reporting for funding applications.
* Staying ahead of industry innovations, funding schemes, and policy updates.
* Contributing to project reviews and technical meetings, offering insights into retrofit solutions and process improvements.
What were looking for:
* A full UK driving licence (essential, due to site travel).
* Retrofit Coordinator qualification (if you are newly qualified, this is absolutely fine!).
* Knowledge of PAS2035 compliance and building regulations.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Desirable:
* Retrofit Assessor qualification
* Experience with funding schemes such as SHDF
* Familiarity with low-carbon technologies or energy efficiency software.
