About the Job:
Join Yum! Brands as a leader of the regional Indirect Category Management team, partnering with cross-functional leaders to identify strategic opportunities that leverage the region’s cross-brand scale through capex and indirect spend areas. Ensure the timely supply of equipment and services and deliver significant value to franchisees through effective procurement of goods and services. Lead the regional indirect category team to drive the regionalization of indirect purchases for consistency and volume leverage.
Salary Range:

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the regional Indirect Category Management team, partnering with regional leadership to align procurement strategies with business priorities and strategic requirements.
2. Serve on the Global Category Management leadership team, helping shape Yum!’s overall procurement strategy and direction.
3. Build and develop a high-performing regional indirect category management team to deliver measurable value to Yum! franchisees.
4. Lead, coach, and develop a team of – direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture and supporting their professional growth.
5. Establish strategic partnerships with key external partners, including developing business cases for long-term investments.
6. Oversee high-impact negotiations with strategic category suppliers as needed.
7. Drive specification harmonization and optimization in collaboration with regional brand teams.
8. Engage regional franchisees to secure buy-in for regional sourcing of indirect goods and services.
9. Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with regional functional leaders (Finance, Marketing, Development, D&T, Engineering), regional leadership teams, Yum! Global Category Management and Supply Chain teams, and external partners/consultants.
10. Partner with regional functional leaders to identify opportunities to maximize volume leverage and procurement expertise, delivering increased value to Yum!.
Requirements:
11. + years’ experience in Senior supply chain roles, ideally within food industry or related field
12. Strong strategic leader with demonstrated ability to lead long term strategic projects
13. Strong leadership skills; prepared to challenge status quo and drive change
14. Demonstrated ability to manage teams on a multi-country scale; inspiring & growing teams
15. Excellent communication and partnership skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external partners across global business
16. Ability to gain buy-in & influence key stakeholders at all levels in a global organization
