We are looking for a Project Manager, Global Workforce Development Programs to provide the program discipline that makes the Workforce Development function executable across multiple engagements. This role will maintain portfolio visibility across commitments, risks, dependencies, timelines, and capacity. It will help ensure the function can prioritize effectively, operate with control, and execute against agreed plans. It will suit someone who is comfortable building structure where processes are still being established.
This is a global role supporting Workforce Development programs across multiple markets. Working across time zones and some international travel may be required depending on program needs.
You will help build the control layer for an emerging strategic function and directly influence what Arm can credibly commit to and deliver.
