We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager for an Engineering company based in Redhill,Surrey. The Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring production targets are met, maintaining clean room standards, and driving continuous process improvements. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the consistent output and quality of cutting-edge X-Ray systems. Key Responsibilities Oversee production flow to meet output and quality targets. Lead and manage the department staff, promoting a high-performance culture. Monitor and report on production performance using KPIs and graphical reports. Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other departments for resolution. Enforce clean room protocols and standards. Identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities. Manage new product introduction (NPI) activities and related documentation. Maintain equipment and control departmental budget. Encourage collaboration across departments to meet company objectives. Recruit, onboard, and train new team members as needed.
