From lively summer race days to large-scale hospitality events, this is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in keeping bars stocked, service running smoothly, and events delivering at pace — all within one of the UK’s most iconic racecourse settings.

What We’re Looking For
1. Reliable and punctual individuals with a strong work ethic
2. Comfortable with manual handling, including lifting and moving barrels, crates, and stock
3. Able to work efficiently under pressure, particularly during peak service times
4. Team players with a positive, can-do attitude
5. Flexible availability, especially evenings, weekends, and race days
What You’ll Bring
6. A hands-on, practical approach to work
7. Good communication and teamwork skills
8. An understanding of the importance of stock control and cellar organisation
9. A strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and following procedures
10. Willingness to learn — cellar or bar experience is helpful but not essential
