About the Role - Corporate Receptionist
We're looking for a confident, hands-on Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our business services organisation in London. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the building — greeting clients and visitors, managing front-of-house operations, and assisting with a variety of administrative and facilities tasks.

Provide a professional, friendly welcome to clients and visitors.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and courteously.
Support meeting room bookings, catering requests, and event setup.
Ensure communal areas, kitchens, and meeting rooms are always presentable.
Liaise with suppliers, cleaners, and maintenance contractors as needed.
Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks around the centre.
Be proactive in spotting issues and helping resolve them quickly. What are we looking for in our Corporate Receptionist?

Exceptionally professional and customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Hands-on and flexible - happy to assist wherever needed in the centre.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Confident using Microsoft Office and basic booking/CRM systems.
Experience in a similar reception / front of house role.
