Fee Earner – Housing Disrepair Location: Macclesfield Full Time and hybrid option available Salary: £DOE ACS have teamed up with a successful Macclesfield based firm, with the recruitment of a fee earner within their housing disrepair team! The successful candidate will ideally have the following knowledge and experience – Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims Legal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions pre-action protocol Legal knowledge of the CPR and fast-track litigation process Review reports from Surveyors Carry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans Ability to run issued, fast track matters with minimal supervision.
