We are also committed to providing access to higher education to those who may not have formal qualifications, financial means or can commit to the schedule of a mainstream university. We are currently seeking to appoint an Admissions Associate on a Full-time, permanent basis. Responsibilities (Not limited to): Provide information, advice & guidance to prospective students. Provide excellent sales & customer service. Support applicants through the admissions & enrolment process. Respond to online, email, telephone and face-to-face applicant queries. Conduct academic interviews & invigilate exams. Conduct open days, campus tours & attend recruitment events/fairs. Support admissions & marketing team. Photocopy, scan & verify applicant documents. Support the Admissions Team with the daily administrative running of the extremely busy Admissions Office. Other duties will be assigned.
