Salary: £35,270 - £39,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

You will care for young people daily, ensuring smooth operations and creating lasting memories. As a shift leader, you will support staff, uphold high standards, and deputize for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people, showing compassion, resilience, and leadership is key.
