Location: Mulberry Lodge - Doncaster
Compensation: £35,848 – £38,028 per year (including sleeps paid at £60 per sleep and an hourly rate of £13.80 to £14.85 depending on qualification)
Hours: 173 hours per month – 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep‑ins. Rotas are given in advance. Service is 365 days a year.

Qualifications & Essential Requirements
* Minimum 12 months experience in a children's residential care home
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Full UK driving licence
* Full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
* In‑depth knowledge of Ofsted regulations, expectations and best practice
* Values in line with Esland’s, such as a therapeutic, person‑centred approach
* Applicants must be aged 21 or above

Responsibilities
Mulberry Lodge is a beautiful three‑bedded home near Doncaster offering crisis intervention and trauma‑informed therapeutic care. You will support young people’s educational and emotional needs, encourage hobbies and interests, and facilitate personalized education plans to help them thrive.
