As a Site Agent, you’ll be integral to our operational team, contributing to every phase from tendering and design to construction, commissioning, and handover.
Role of a Site Agent
* Working collaboratively with the design and commercial teams to enhance delivery efficiency and promote opportunities while managing risk
* Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client
* Involvement with site level procurement, subcontractor logistics and H&S reporting
* Informing the client about project progress and addressing any concerns
* Acting as a Temporary Works Coordinator, overseeing the installation of temporary works to ensure compliance with design specifications
What You’ll Need
* CSCS, SSSTS/ SMSTS
* HNC / Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
* Understand civil engineering principles and practices
* Excellent organisation and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
* A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to sites across your operational region
