Deputy Premises Officer (EOI) Portal Operations Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) Location: The current posts are based at Belfast Portal Inspection, Dargan Drive, Belfast and Larne Portal Inspection, Redlands Road, Larne. Salary: £33,542 - £34,231 within which pay progression will be performance related. Ref: IRC323583 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Applicants must, by the closing date for applications: 1a. Have five GCSEs including Maths & English Language (Grades AC for subjects specified) or equivalent AND 1b. Have 6 months experience working in a relevant premises role*. OR Have 12 months experience working in a relevant role. AND Have demonstrable experience in software programs related to the management of facilities, resources and services which should include the use of Microsoft Office and online management systems. AND Have demonstrable experience of effective communication with staff, goods and services providers and stakeholders, setting and prioritising goals to help achieve business objectives. AND Hold an Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Certificate or be willing to obtain one within 6 months of appointment.
