Up to £100,000 base

This is an outstanding step-up opportunity for a Deputy Head of Compliance / Senior Compliance Manager within a brokerage environment who is ready for their first SMF16/17 role.
I’m working with a well-established FCA regulated FX brokerage in the City that has recently relaunched as a professional-client-only firm and is now entering its next phase of growth.
They are seeking a Head of Compliance & MLRO to take ownership of the compliance framework and lead regulatory engagement as the business expands its permissions (including adding CFDs).

You must have strong UK regulatory knowledge (SYSC, COBS, MAR, AML) and be credible for FCA approval.
