As a Contact Centre Advisor, you will:
* Interact with customers as the ‘voice’ of Metro Bank, demonstrating knowledge of our processes, systems, products, and services, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing excellent service and support via phone and Live Chat.
* Representing the Metro Bank brand and culture.
* Advising customers on queries such as balance checks, payments, internet banking, card management, and mobile app usage.
* Updating systems accurately and recording all conversations.
* Following proper procedures to ensure customer safety.
* Living our values and being a collaborative team player.
Minimum Requirements:
* Ability to build strong customer relationships in a fast-paced environment.
* Meticulous attention to detail, even under pressure.
* Understanding of the risks involved in the role and their implications.
* Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Experience in customer service, preferably in a controlled environment, is essential; prior banking experience is not mandatory.
Working Arrangements & Training:
Both full-time and part-time candidates are welcome.
Full-time shifts are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm or 10am to 6pm, with some weekend shifts starting as early as 7:30am or as late as 11:30am.
Part-time hours are flexible, with shifts from 9am to 2pm, 9:30am to 2:30pm, or 10am to 3pm, with a minimum of 24 hours/week, including weekends.
Training will be a blend of live sessions, self-study, and on-the-job training over three weeks. Post-training, a salary uplift is provided.
We offer hybrid working options after training, with two days in the office for those working four or more days per week, and one day for fewer days.
