Your Role
* Support residents with personal care, meals, and daily routines
* Assist with safe moving and handling using the correct equipment
* Encourage independence, dignity, and choice for each resident
* Build meaningful, lasting relationships with those you care for
* Keep accurate records and communicate updates to the team
* Work collaboratively as part of a caring, professional care team
Who We’re Looking For
* Experience in a UK care home or adult social care setting
* A dependable, caring, and professional approach
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Current PVG or willingness to apply
* CV covering 10 years of employment or academic history
* Commitment to consistent, full time day work
