Customer Care Support Associate

Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract (Permanent not applicable in this posting)

Location note: Peterborough hybrid model requires office presence a minimum of 40% of time after training


Job Description

Customer Care Support Associate role where you\'ll help customers manage their financial wellbeing. You\'ll process customer requests, answer queries and collaborate with your team to resolve complex issues. Full training is provided via our Platform Academy. You may have the opportunity to pursue a professional qualification in financial administration or planning.

Salary: A competitive salary starting from £24,599 depending on experience.

Responsibilities

* Process customer requests and answer queries
* Work with the team to solve complex issues
* Participate in training through the Platform Academy
* Develop knowledge in financial administration or planning via professional qualifications (optional progression)


What we\'ll look for

* Experience in customer service (contact centre, face-to-face, helpdesk, etc.)
* Good communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to empathize with customers, take ownership, and adapt to meeting expectations
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
