Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of office management practices. Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records
* Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
* Implement office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
* Provide clerical support as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
* Develop and maintain effective communication channels within the team and with external stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is essential.
* Strong supervisory experience with a focus on team management and development.
* Exeperience with QuickBooks is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong phone etiquette.
* Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
