About The Role
As the Training Administrator you will support the Training Department ensuring all records are kept up to date and our workers are compliant and able to work.
* Location: Eccles
* Hours: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours (08.30am-17.00pm)
Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate training records
* Liaise with training suppliers
* Generate training reports
* Ensure audit compliance
* Compile certificates
* Maintain spreadsheets
* Answer phone calls
* Order and book training
Qualifications and Training
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
* Health and Safety awareness certification (desirable)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in training administration (desirable)
* Track record of maintaining training records (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail
* Knowledge of utility operations
