Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and group mentoring to support academic and personal development. Collaborate with staff, families, and external agencies to implement action plans. Promote pupil well-being, safety, and aspirations. Track progress and contribute to study support and enrichment programmes. What We’re Looking For: A proactive, empathetic individual with experience working with young people. Strong communication and organisational skills. Ability to build trust and motivate students.
