Your Role
As a Crèche Practitioner, You Will
* Engage children (ages 3-11) in fun, educational activities
* Support the Manager in planning and delivering activity programs
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and parents
* Take on Key Worker responsibilities when required
What We're Looking For
* Experience working with children aged 3-11 years
* Minimum Level 3 Childcare or Play Worker Level 3 (pre-2014) qualification
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with parents
* Willingness to step into supervisory responsibilities when needed
