Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant
The Support Worker / Healthcare Assistant will help and assist the team with daily routines, including personal care and feeding. Candidates must have at least 6 months of care experience and demonstrate compassion.

2. Assisting with meals and feeding
3. Making and changing beds
4. Turning patients to prevent pressure sores
5. Talking to patients to alleviate anxiety
6. Assisting with mobility and transfers
7. Providing and collecting bedpans and assisting with toileting
8. Maintaining a tidy environment
9. Managing supplies and equipment
In hospitals, you may use mobility aids and escort patients between departments. With experience, you may participate in training new healthcare assistants.
