In this shift-based role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring that we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time to support the 24/7 operation of our logistics network. You’ll help manage and plan manpower resources effectively, ensuring that Ocado groceries are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with legal and safety standards. You will be – Skills and responsibilities: Using your planning and analytical skills to manage and forecast labour requirements across logistics operations. Maintaining accurate Time and Attendance data and managing headcount to meet customer demand while controlling overtime and surplus. Working closely with internal teams to ensure resource plans align with operational needs and KPIs. Managing roster-related requests including holidays, swaps, and overtime. Supporting continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for efficiency and process enhancement. About you – Requirements to be considered: Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and G Suite (experience with data tools or workforce planning systems is a plus). A customer-focused mindset with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Flexibility to work shifts, including regular weekends, to support a 24/7 operation.
