At BakerHicks, our Business Development team cover all aspects of work winning (bids and tenders) and wider business development activities. The team works company-wide and offers a broad range of services.
Remaining on the forefront of technology, this team are developing a 'work winning' CRM. This role will manage this platform, and working closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Finance and IT teams, will ensure BakerHicks’ CRM system is used effectively to support the generation of new business and report on the success of our business development and client management.
Alongside training and coaching of end users, you will help to drive and support user adoption, data integrity and the continued, multi phase development of the CRM system in line with business needs.
Your internal client-facing skills will play a major part in this role, as communication with users within the business is key to understanding business requirements, processes and systems, turning them into solutions with the assistance of our internal and Group IT development teams.

About You
* Proven experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 management or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales certification, with a track record of successful customer relationship initiatives.
* Experience in obtaining business requirements and integrating closely with both business and technology teams to support solutions and changes that enable successful delivery
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite.
* Must be able to obtain UK Security Clearance (UK National).

The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain security clearance for this role, as required by our clients in the National Defence sector.
