This is not a call-centre sales role. You’ll be involved in solution-led selling, early-stage opportunity shaping, and producing technically accurate, commercially sound quotations. You’ll learn fast, gain exposure to complex systems, and become a trusted part of how Hutchi wins and delivers work. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting revenue growth through small-deal sales and pipeline management Managing inbound and outbound sales activity via phone, email, and digital channels Producing accurate, technically robust quotations using QuoteWerks Qualifying leads and supporting early-stage opportunities Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships Working closely with Technical Development and Key Account Managers to ensure solutions meet client needs Producing scopes, proposals, and supporting sales documentation Keeping CRM and sales pipelines accurate and up to date Supporting product-led campaigns and standalone initiatives Collaborating with Marketing, Project Management, Technical, and Service teams Identifying cross-sell opportunities and emerging market trends What You’ll Bring Essential Experience in internal sales, technical sales support, or a commercially focused technical role Audio-visual experience and confidence discussing technical solutions Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams Experience in one or more of the following is highly desirable: DMX feature / effect lighting Aerial, satellite, and signal distribution systems Voice and data infrastructure Access control systems (smart cards, wearables, mobile credentials) IP telephony or unified communications Nice to Have Experience using QuoteWerks or similar quotation platforms Clean, relevant UK driving licence What’s in It for You Hybrid working to support a healthy work–life balance *do we want Hybrid?* A culture built on trust, collaboration, and continuous learning Exposure to cutting-edge technologies across multiple sectors Genuine opportunities for career development and progression The chance to help deliver technology that improves how people experience spaces every day We’re expanding, innovating, and building for the future — and we’re looking for people who want to grow with us.
