Do you have a passion for supporting neurodiverse people?

Ready for a new challenge and a fresh direction in your nursing career?

Motivated by making a meaningful difference - one person at a time?

If so, we would love to hear from you.

The Somerset Adult ADHD Service is delighted to be recruiting two parttime Band 6 Nurses to join our dynamic and forwardthinking team. We are a busy countywide service providing compassionate, personcentred ADHD assessments and treatment for adults across Somerset who have not yet received a diagnosis.

You will be joining a team that values curiosity, collaboration and kindness. We work closely with colleagues across Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and our wider partner agencies to ensure our service users receive truly integrated support. Staff wellbeing is deeply embedded in our culture--we strive to maintain a supportive, positive and safe environment where every team member feels valued.

In this role, you will work both independently and with direct clinical supervision, undertaking Adult ADHD assessments, contributing to treatment planning, and playing an active part in the ongoing development of this expanding service. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and broaden your clinical skills while making a real difference to the lives of neurodiverse people in Somerset.

* Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, person centred care.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of nonpharmacological interventions within the service.
* Triage new referrals and participate in MDT decision making.
* Provide advice, education and support to service users, carers and colleagues.
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional and organisational standards.
* Participate in service development, audits, and quality improvement activities.
* Develop strong working relationships with internal and external partners, including primary care, children's services, wellbeing services and other agencies.
