Our client seeks an on-site Account Handler with commercial line expertise to join their team. Responsibilities include managing new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims, queries, and premium finance arrangements.
Account Handler Responsibilities
* Provide a high level of customer service.
* Handle commercial accounts.
* Handle any complaints in accordance with regulation.
* Client renewal meetings, claims reviews and mid-term reviews
* Produce pre-renewal documents.
* Develop and maintain good quality client relationships.
* Support Account Executives
Account Handler Requirements
* Previous experience in an Account Handler role within a broker environment
* Experience of working to FCA compliance standards
* Strong Customer Service skills
* Proficient IT computer skills using the Microsoft suite.
