We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to lead hiring across Technology and Data functions for a global FinTech organisation. This is a highly visible role with end-to-end ownership of technical recruitment, partnering closely with senior leadership to deliver strategic, high-quality hiring outcomes across the business.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll help shape hiring strategy, drive workforce planning, and support the continued evolution of recruitment processes and technical hiring standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end recruitment across Technology and Data functions.
* Partner closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to deliver effective hiring strategies and workforce planning.
* Lead hiring conversations across a range of technical and specialist business areas.
* Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, assessment frameworks, and hiring standards.
* Support the rollout and optimisation of recruitment systems, reporting, and workflows.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, high-quality hiring outcomes.
* Act as a trusted recruitment partner across the organisation, supporting growth across multiple teams and regions.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting technical and specialist talent within fast-paced, complex environments. You’ll be commercially minded, highly organised, and confident managing senior stakeholders, with a strong understanding of technical hiring and a genuine interest in technology, data, and business strategy.
